Specialties: Property Development Management in all sectors of the property industry.I started in the Built Environment as a Construction Machine Operator, through my love of the Built Environment I soon realised that to truly enjoy my life I would need to satisfy that burning desire to improve myself and that I had the energy and drive to reach a position where I could influence a sustainable better life for people in all walks of life who are continuously exposed to the Buildings and Infra Structure that effects us daily.With minimum resources and much drive I achieved a qualification in Civil Engineering, Project Management, Business Management peaking with a Masters in Property Development.In 2000 I created Lazercor Developments which is now a successful property development company active and with experience in all sectors of the Property Industry. I believe in being FIRM, FAIR & HONEST in all my dealings, leading through empowerment, assessing people on results and a sincere wish to serve.I have acquired the skills to Manage, Assess, and deliver Developments within Time, Cost and within exceptional Quality standards which I believe has made the world a better place to live in.With the Digital Age upon us I have embraced Technology and as a result all our developments and systems are at the cutting edge of Technology.
