He was Prime Minister Howard’s chief pollster for his record-breaking victory in 1996. He remained the chief pollster and a central strategist for all of PM Howard’s subsequent election victories. In 2002 with Sir Lynton Crosby, AO Mark Co-Founded C|T Group. The firm blended Lynton’s campaign expertise with Mark’s diagnostic understanding of research and data-led strategy and communications to create Australia’s first home-grown campaigns consultancy.
