In my current position, my role involves taking new instructions from our sources and assessing liability. I then make a decision on clients eligibility for credit hire and arrange a hire vehicle accordingly. Once client is into hire I will then manage the clients claim from cradle to grave. In my role I must maintain the highest level of customer service.
