- Administer the business operations for four different LLC’s that comprise the group.- Oversee A/R, A/P, Payroll, Financial Reporting, Human Resources, Insurance, Financing for Capital Investments, and Budgeting.- Implemented a budget and forecast model which had never been done.- Managed cash flow in a market where milk prices dropped approximately 18% in less than a year and input costs were escalating.- Spearheaded a project to automate the weighing of semi trucks to free skilled labor for other tasks and reduce the opportunity for human error when entering scale data.- Built an Access Database to track 250+ monthly milk deliveries including reconciling the information from DFA Cooperative on an individual delivery basis to ensure proper receipts. The database also calculates biweekly payroll for six regular pay categories for each of fifteen drivers and quarterly fuel tax reporting.

- Manage all aspects of finances including A/P, A/R, payroll, financial analysis, and reporting. Also assist in managing some human resource functions such as health insurance, 401(k), injury and worker's comp liaison.- Inherited time consuming process for tracking sales of inventory and creating commission reports. Created a reporting system that cut the time to create the report from four to five hours down to about ten minutes.- Condensed quarterly closing and reporting process from one week to less than two days, and consolidated many paper reports to specialized digital reports that can be quickly created during the month in addition to at month end.- Created reporting system to track costs of loans used to purchase over one thousand different fixed assets on several different loans. The report tracks interest and outstanding principle balance on individual assets. Process also allows for easy sale of fixed assets and knowledge of principle to pay on loan.- Managed the transition to new company bank within the first four months on the job. Included converting checking, savings, and all loan accounts.- Sales of golf cars to walk-in and phone-in customers.

- Accounted for and analyzed the finances for the Corporate Transportation group in Supply Chain, and ensured that the materials handling equipment was properly accounted for.- Managed the freight payment processes for over $300 Million of annual expense and assisted in implementing a new freight payment company and system.- Created a weekly Corporate Transportation Flash Report comparing daily actual expense with budgeted expense on an origin-destination level to enable rapid responses to changes in demand - Acquired knowledge of the use of SAP and become one of the best end users in the Supply Chain Finance Group- Analyzed complex sets of data to create several journal entries monthly

Prepared a wide variety of tax returns using ProSystem Software including: corporations, s-corporations, and partnerships in addition to individuals.

Prepared individual tax returns using Ultratax software and completed approximately eight returns per day.
