I did this by shadowing our repair technicians twice and documenting every step in our V-Series repair process. Some of the other projects I got to complete were developing a process map for lead/opportunity management, collect and document current state processes and procedures in excel, develop internal surveys to improve our companies sales software, design current state vs future state templates and role design templates for important meetings, meet virtually with team members around the world to present my work and collect feedback for improvements, and present my work at a corporate presentation. I had the opportunity to be a full time logistics intern for Elite Transit Solutions this summer. I worked in Customer Sales, Carrier Sales, operations and billing. The three things I enjoyed most about this experience were Business Development Management, helping people on the phone, and our meetings. I look to continue working part-time for this company this fall school year.

I started out as a parcel assistant and eventually worked my way up to a lane lead and then eventually a water spider lead. As a lane leader I manage the people working on my lane, trained employees, and communicated on a radio with management to move people to the lanes where they were most needed. As a water spider lead it was my job to manage all the water spiders in the building, move them to different lanes as needed, skout new potential water spiders and train them.
