From September 2023-February 2024 I product and project managed the refresh and launch of the brand, with a new website, and new partner services. ● Assessing and reassessing market needs, both B2B, and B2C.● With the key goal of prioritising features, SaaS pricing model, marketing activities, ready for MVP launch.● I have critically reviewed progress to date, to prioritise key activities to launch the product.● Identifying and prioritising workflow and UI changes required with the software development team.● Building key relationships with third party suppliers for seamless integration and customer experience.● Designing a market research study and interpreting the feedback to fine tune the target market, the product features and marketing message.Stepping out of the Medical Imaging Industry and into the PropTech world has taught me a lot. Many skills that we learn as Managers are very transferrable across industries. Understanding people, customer needs, communication, adherence to industry standards, are to success in any industry. Developing an understanding of the terminology, pressures, interdependencies, takes a little while to learn but it’s great to challenge yourself.
