Also have 30 plus years experience appraising literally all types of commercial property in Sonoma County from Golf Courses to Low Income Housing projects, Cable TV rights to Hospitals, Shopping Centers, Big-box retail, High tech campuses, Water Companies, Manufacturing, Churches, Schools, Cemeteries, Gravel Operations and various other types of property.As a personal opportunity/challenge I enrolled in Graduate School in 2008 and in 2010 I completed a Master of Arts in Theological Studies while continuing to work full time for the County of Sonoma.I workout daily walking between 8-9 miles a day.
