My role is to make the car-buying process seamless by helping customers secure financing options that fit their needs and budgets. I ensure all paperwork complies with legal and dealership requirements. I also introduce customers to value-added products like extended warranties and gap insurance. It’s my job to ensure the financial side of the deal is transparent, efficient, and beneficial for both the customer and the dealership.As well as being a finance manager, my job is to help customers find the perfect vehicle by understanding their needs, preferences, and budget. I guide them through the entire sales process—from showing cars and explaining features to negotiating prices and completing the sale. I aim to create a positive, stress-free experience while meeting sales goals and building long-term relationships with customers. Every day, I strive to make each customer feel confident and excited about their purchase.
