My career goal has always been to provide excellent service as a loyal, dedicated, self-motivated, honest, and hard-working leader. I take a solutions-only approach to both projects and relationships and have been fortunate to manage complex projects spanning the full spectrum of construction management sectors. I find purpose by nurturing a job-site culture which is based on an equal playing field. I strive to lead by example. Privileged to mentor prideful and coherent teams, from all disciplines, by embracing the uniqueness of each individual enabling them to deliver projects safely, on time and within budget. I care deeply about people and believe there is more to leading than only driving the scope of work. At my core, I believe in building teams with a mutual respect for all. My leadership style encourages others to perform their best allowing for true quality craftsmanship. I’ve also been known to will-a-way, while having a lot of fun.
