Enthusiastic business leader with 20 + years of hands on lean six sigma experience. I am a Lean Six Sigma black belt and hold several training certifications such as: Instructor of Lean Six Sigma ,Train the Trainer and developing leadership roles. My current position is Director of Continuous Improvement for Concrete Pipe and Precast. I am currently responsible for all CI activity and projects for 13 plants with a staff of 4 regional leaders Prior to my current role, I worked for Cornerstone Building Brands, Forterra Pipe and Precast and Trinity Meyer in a similar role. I cut my teeth in the world of manufacturing working for for Masco Cabinetry for 17 years. I started on the ground floor of manufacturing and have continued my education and experience along the way.
