Application Centre Manager
Current• An operational and first level management role.• Management/motivation of solutions/technical employees incl performance review and appraisal• Ensuring front line solutions & technical support for internal and external customers• Providing costs, drawings, follow up and documentation for all required Solution enquiries/orders• Management/support of Project & Technical team in day to day duties including training and development• Manage/maintain profitability of projects whilst ensuring customers receive competitive solutions• Deputising/support for the line manager as required, working within any defined authority levels• Provide analysis/reports on department activity/KPI.• Provide technical ATEX training and support to licenced sub contractors.
