Senior Project Manager (On shore Green Field, Offshore FEED multiple projects) Reporting to Vice President Operations MENA and leading a team of 75 employees through 10 direct reports, responsible for providing direction, management and leadership for the entire lifecycle (initiation, planning, implementation and closure) and full P & L responsibility of projects embarked upon on behalf of SNC Lavalin clients in the Middle East, including FEEDs (Front End Engineering Design) and EPCs (Engineering, Procurement & Construction).• Coordinating, managing and liaising with clients, engineers, and sub-contractors to deliver projects on time in line with agreed specifications.• Monitoring the progress of all projects and ensuring all safety and quality standards are strictly adhered to or providing corrective and remedial action to rectify lapses in either.• Reviewing operations and maintenance documentation submitted by contractors and other stakeholders.Key Achievements:• Successfully led, managed and delivered multiple projects on time, within schedule and on budget through strong key (internal and external) relationship management. Examples include:o ADNOC: US$ 1.5m Concept Phase project (offshore brownfield) with full P & L accountability; and the completion of a Decision Support Package, leading to Level 3 estimate sign off by ADNOC.o Algabass: Delivered a Green Field (Island Mode) conceptual design phase refinery in Kazakhstan with the capability of producing 16,000 barrels per day, resulting in a lump sum turnkey EPC award with a capital cost of US$ 250m.• Spearheaded the design for a new well head tower, optimisation of existing facilities and approved design for enabling increased production. • Instigated the timely and legal set-up of the SNC Lavalin local office project site teams within the respective countries resulting in the seamless transition from concept phases to execution phases of the projects undertaken.

Project Director MENA Division (EPC) Reporting to Regional General Manager and leading a team of 30 employees through 5 direct reports, responsible for leading EPCM (Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management) projects including full P & L accountability for the clients of Industry International. Also accountable for the day-to-day supervision, leadership and management of the Projects Team.Key Achievements:• Successfully delivered a US$ 36m design (EPC) remote location System Integration project including PAGA, F & G, structured cabling and entertainment systems in Abu Dhabi with all key deliverables and KPIs being met, including budgets, scheduling, time and quality.• Maximised key stakeholder business relationships by creating future business development opportunities leading to increased revenue generation within the UAE and APAC regions.• Innovatively resurrected a ‘dead’ project through reengagement with all parties and building strong relationships with all key stakeholders leading to the establishment of ‘common ground’ and good working relationships between all parties; also managed to salvage US$ 500k from the client following the restarting of the project.• Spearheaded the project team to develop numerous technical and commercial tender bid evaluations including scope split analysis and resource loading within the tendered projects. • Created functional and collaborative local project teams to deliver projects in line with clients’ specifications.

Project Construction Manager EP (Early Production) Offshore Project Feb 2013 to Nov 2014Project Manager (PMC) UZ-750 (Offshore Project) Jun 2012 – Feb 2013Project Manager PMC MEP (Offshore & Onshore) Apr 2012 – Jun 2012Reporting to Program Manager (PMC), and leading teams of 30+ employees through 3 to 10 direct reports during the last two roles respectively, responsible for leading and managing key client projects for AMEC.Key Project Achievements:• Abu Dhabi Offshore Project: o Successfully led, managed and collaborated as (PMC) project manager on a US$ 32m complex, multi-phased offshore brownfield campaign project across 6 platforms in Abu Dhabi with zero lost time accident rate, completed on time, on schedule and on budget.o Seamlessly integrated numerous variation orders with respect to additional work to the agreed scope of works though the project lifecycles.• UZ-750 Offshore Project:o Spearheaded the timely delivery of a FEED package with a contract value of over US$ 20m.o Led and managed the Cad-Cam modelling programme to gain approval from all relevant stakeholders.o Successfully collaborated with the engineering team during the design phase resulting in complete client satisfaction on the progress of the project.o Given the authority to sign-off variation orders of up to US$ 1m.• ZADCO Project: successfully managed the EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) contractor on a 45Km (Sub-sea/land) pipeline tie in with a project value of over US$ 14m.

Project Engineering Manager Reported to the EPC Project Director, responsible for delivering 3 individual offshore projects worth over US$ 50m, on behalf of the client, the Critical National Infrastructure Authority (CNIA) in collaboration with two operating companies, TOTAL and ZADCO; also accountable for managing three multi-disciplinary project engineers in the timely completion of the scope of work.
