Revenge Clothing, Stevenage1986 – 1989: Partner• Myself and a business partner identified an opportunity in the market place • Under the Government Enterprise Allowance Scheme we worked to make men’s printed boxer shorts• Within the first year’s trading we opened a factory in Luton and employed over 100 staff members manufacturing our merchandise• This company was so successful it was picked up by the media and featured on BBC Radio 1 interviews, coverage through trade/local press and two chapters to be written about us in Marcus Sieff’s book ‘On Management – The Marks & Spencer Way’
