Supervision of 24 hour Public Safety services for an innovative, multi-use development initiative committed to delivering integrated health, education, and other services to the City of Milford, Kent and Sussex Counties, and the State of Delaware. Coordinated services are being provided by a select mix of like-minded organizations and tenants who equally share the desire to improve the health and well-being of area residents and reduce overall costs. The Village has been carefully designed based on interviews with the community. Village components and tenant placement have been determined based on traditional town planning principles and are designed to maximize the user experience.

The ARMS unit is responsible for:•Audit and Investigation ◦Identifying, planning and conducting coordinated audits and investigations, relating to violation of criminal, civil or administrative law, in public welfare programs administered by Delaware Health & Social Services.◦Referring for criminal prosecution all persons and service providers who commit acts of welfare fraud.◦Establishing claims for overpayment of public welfare benefits in non-fraud cases.•Accounting and Recovery ◦Establishing and maintaining account receivables in all instances where public welfare benefits were overpaid to clients by fraud or error.◦Providing accounting services for all account receivables relating to overpaid public benefits.◦Providing recovery services on all delinquent account receivables.

Board of Medical Licensure and Discipline • Investigates complaints against Medical practitioners and facilities. Certified Medical Investigator III (CMI)
