Key Responsibilities:• Use QM weekly activity reports to track the management system's performance.• Organize the activities of the allocated QM group, focusing on ISO audit preparation, internal auditing, and risk assessment.• Monitor and analyze assigned business units' corrective action reports (CAR) and organize CAR verification efforts.• Work as a member of the Internal Audit Team.Accomplishments:Maintain ISO certification for two audit cycles for two manufacturing business units (flour mill and feed mill plant in Manila).
