Work Preperation Tech
Current- Walk down and plan jobs based on notifications written by operations and maintenance technicians- Build Work Packages, which contain everything needed to complete the job safely, Including, but not limited to: Work Orders with detailed job plans, Permits to Work, Lock Out/Tag Out, Procedures, P&ID's, Material Safety Data Sheets- Solicit feedback and improve work packages based on recommendations from the field. - Maintain library of improved job plans to streamline creation of future work packs.- Order materials and coordinate with vendors/contractors.- Maintain materials and issue to technicians for job completion.- Update and progress work orders in SAP CMMS, including cost estimating, detailed job plans, continuously monitor and update execution statuses, completing orders once work is done and history has been recorded by technicians- Work with leadership, technicians and scheduler to prioritize jobs and schedule according to material availability and work package completion.- Facilitate daily meetings to review scheduled work and to process work order notifications- Facilitate and/or take part in several weekly meetings with other members of the planning community to ensure work is on schedule and ready to execute in a timely manner.- Assist co-workers with learning in SAP CMMS and the Shell Efficient Maintenance Execution (eME) process
