Co-Designed the Team Training Set up and curriculum with James Hamilton.Created a unique one set up soccer training system aimed at improving players' technical fluency in line with the vision of US Soccer.Created the Individual Development Program (IDP) to supplement players' training needs, providing a Blueprint for home education, allowing players to easily maximize their potential. Co-Designed the IDP to follow our one set up philosophy to cut down on wasted time and therefore increase productivity.

Organize, develop, and run a highly successful Varsity sports program. Work with students on a daily basis to become better soccer players, better students, and better citizens. Liaise with feeder programs in Northern Valley to create a development pyramid for all interested in playing soccer through High School and beyond.Work closely with JV and Frosh coaches to ensure the principles that we value are being coached throughout the program and into the local community.

Organize, promote and develop soccer coaching programs for various schools, teams, clubs, and associations. Created the Speed Soccer curriculum and assist coaching staff with application in day to day sessions.Hired staff members and encouraged self improvement through professional development and feedback strategies (appreciation, coaching, evaluation).
