I also create documents and record my training sessions for my peers to use as reference material. My job as a Deputy Town Clerk covered a wide range of work that would also be completed by the Town Clerk. While the Town Clerk was not present in the Town Hall, I was expected to be able to do anything they could. Some of the tasks in which I was trained include creating various licenses, handicap parking permits, processing building rentals, and answering queries and concerns on the phone and in person. Other important tasks included processing taxes during tax season, ordering supplies, paying invoices on behalf of the town, preparing dockets for the Town Board, and attending monthly Town Board meetings.

As a Police Clerk for the Town of Evans, my job emphasized confidentiality and organization. In addition to basic clerical duties, such as faxing, copying, and filing, my job entailed other responsibilities. These included conducting phone interviews for pistol permits, preparing police paperwork for court, and working in a law enforcement environment.

During my time at Fisher Associates, I had several duties as a Junior Data Manager. I was responsible for traveling to National Fuel sites in New York and Pennsylvania and utilizing GPS technology to map pipelines and boundaries. Utilizing cloud sharing software, I would enter my data into a spreadsheet to determine if engineering specifications were met.
