Worked in the field managing the daily activities of trade partners to develop Cobblestone Farms, a 450 lot subdivision for a private group of investors. Managed and scheduled road improvements on SR-347 including 2 traffic signals, additional lane improvements and roadway landscaping.

Worked for a third party construction management company managing the land development process for a 1300 lot master planned community that included seven homebuilders. Managerial responsibilities included evaluating and modifying budgets and schedules; writing and processing change orders; evaluating and correcting plan discrepancies; and coordinating plan changes with engineers, county officials, and utility officials.Job supervision responsibilities included overseeing the office coordinator and jobsite superintendent: managing and monitoring subcontractor progress; directing bimonthly subcontractor meetings; and coordinating homebuilder model development.Development budget was $12 to $13 million.
