Research and Development IT Manager, overseeing a portfolio of five core applications known as R&D Services. Key Accomplishments:• Led the planning and execution of a recovery plan due to a major system outage. Successfully able to recover and continue global business operations within 72 hours. • Managed a group of consultants to drive the execution of Cutover for seven major country deployments.• Ensured that Cutover remained within compliance through all deployments.
