Working on a project to implement EngageOne v6.6 and migrate all existing Doc1 applications over in addition to maintaining existing letter templates.

Working with Pitney Bowes to maintain and develop EngageOne letter templates for various clients.

Initially working on the Williams and Glyn project with a team of developers to copy the bank's existing document composition templates and apply branding and content changes, producing a set of applications to service the document requirements of the new Williams & Glyn bank which RBS was developing. More recently working on Business As Usual changes to existing RBS letter applications.

Technical consultant working on a SAP driven output management solution which integrated Dataflow, Doc1 series 5, EngageOne and PCE from Pitney Bowes with Ceyoniq and COLD archive software using Columbus Central workflow manager from Macro4. Provide technical knowledge to internal and external partners collaborating on the design and build phases of a multi-channel output management solution for a SAP utility implementation.
