Understanding the details of a project intimately and enabling the team to succeed by using this understanding to direct our strategic directions.I founded Turner Laser Systems in 2018 in Silicon Valley, in partnership with Owens Design to provide the world with innovative laser solutions and to develop quality, effective laser tools to all sectors of industrial manufacturing. Among some of my proud accomplishments: I've designed and deployed robotic laser systems globally across 10+ countries including Fortune 10, and 500 companies. Solved problems that have been troubling engineers/executives/scientists for many years and seen my technology serve patients across the world. I've successfully led multi-million dollar engineering projects as well as been the technical leader to multiple companies. I've published in prestigious journals including NATURE Photonics, contributed in several scientific books and won a number of scientific awards. Today, I provide the industry with turn key solutions that enable next generation product development and manufacturing vision to come true.
