Dual role with Clear Channel Communications as direct manager of day to day web operations for the 11 radio station websites for Clear Channel San Diego. Hands on involvement in internet visualization of on-air/broadcast promotions using video and photo content created in house associated with various station events and promotions. Lead development of creative promotions, webcasts and internet tie-ins and contests associated with the on-air broadcast. Led initiatives to train and empower promotions departments to manage the content of their internet feeds to further outreach with listeners via the via. Spearheaded internet listener club project and databases as well

Directed and managed the websites for roughly 400 of Clear Channel Communications radio stations. Lead development and decision making surrounding Clear Channel's platform unification for websites under Clear Channel's umbrella. Spearheaded the organization of the initiative to provide editing access to all organizational levels and allow promotions and production departments greater ownership of the web product. Drove online content initiatives to help integrate web experiences into the broadcast radio product.

Web designer, developer and manager of web department and producer for video content department for small advertising/design/creative agency/firm. My role was a broad spectrum multi-media integrator for a design agency which was moving into the internet/video space from more traditional photography based productions. Created websites for existing clients and worked on video production projects to enhance their marketing materials.
