- Day to day plant operations; Quality control, Production planning, Morning Meetings, Incident follow up, Safety items, etc.- Initiating, engineering Projects, participating in basic & detail engineering- Leading a commissioning team when a project is handed over- Participating/Facilitating safety studies (HAZOP/SIL/What if)- Monitoring variable costs- On-Call duty (Production - CoPi-Team)

- Project design lead in basic, detail engineering and 3D model reviews - Equipment sizing and selecting; valves, pumps, pipes, measurement equipment, other process equipment- Lead engineer in bottleneck & capacity expansion studies (Total site expansion)- Participating or leading safety & environmental studies- Participating or leading HAZOP/What-if/SIL- Participating in commissioning of projects- Direct coaching and guiding interns/more junior process engineers- On-Call duty (Production - CoPi-Team)Coordinator DCS group- Setting department goals aligned with business goals- Planning and prioritizing work- Resource and budget planning- Contracting third party contractors- Conducting Yearly Performance reviews with employees- Participating in CoE – Process Control & Automation- Annually evaluating DCS contracts- Alarm management- DCS Maintenance and replacement and new projects
