Formally News America Marketing, completed a full transformation of the Financial Application landscape with the implementation of Oracle Cloud ERP, implementation of cloud Budgeting Software; Adaptive Insights, and Travel & Expenses Application; Concur. As part of the Oracle ERP implementation led the RFP for both Software selection and Implementation Partner selection. Created and presented necessary board level funding requests and periodic updates. Heavily involved in the data migration, System Integration design and Process Design of the application and played point for both Technical and Business team on a daily basis. This included major integrations with Salesforce, Payroll and our Banking partners utilizing the Mulesoft application. Created a new Support model for ERP evaluating onshore, near shore and offshore models; incorporating SOX audit requirements after the rollout of the application. Adaptive Insights implementation involved leading Board level funding requests, product and vendor selection processes as well as leading the implementation team on a day to day basis. Conducting business reviews on periodic basis, whilst managing budget spend on a monthly basis.Concur implementation involved migrating the News America Marketing business unit into a News Corp shared instance. Results achieved by understanding their requirements and working with a number of internal teams to make sure we could fulfil the opportunity. - Substantial development on the large Airline Points Program resulting in expected sales budget of over 250% of budget (now 2nd largest account). By networking through the business I convinced the web team to reposition our offers to increase the awareness of what we do. This increase in awareness resulted in increase in volume sales, even though we had re-negotiated our offering at a higher price point as per higher costs.The Role - Dealing with all aspects of account management of large multinational accounts including budgets, forecasts and sales.
