Artificial intelligence is on the verge of changing healthcare. Software solutions based on deep learning technology have shown to achieve great results and can make healthcare more effective and more cost-effective.Unfortunately, not many of these solutions make it into real clinical practice. My vision is to bridge this gap. To make sure that these artificial intelligence based software solutions are placed in the right location: in clinical practice, where healthcare providers and patients can benefit most of them.At Thirona, I'm responsible for the development of new AI-based solutions for Chest-CT scans and Ophthalmic images.
