• Manage $13M worth of on site inventory using Oracle Business Intelligence to maintain inventory levels and deliver insight to management.

• Createc Corporation manufactured foam products for the automotive and packaging industries. My particular team at the corporate facility was responsible for machine rebuilding and reconditioning.
• Created new vendor relationships in the hydraulics, controls, electrical and fabrication fields resulting in the introduction of new technology, parts, processes, and safety features.
• Sourced rigging, tooling and engineering resources to better manufacture our product.
• Managed the process of building in new technology for real time global monitoring resulting in reduced cycle times for manufacturing.
• Managed all aspects of purchasing including receipt of purchase requisitions, development of purchase orders, receiving parts and approval of invoices via the Trans4M MRP system.
• Developed a recycling program for EPS foam products which served as an additional revenue stream. Initiated a PR campaign to convey sustainability of EPS foam by partnering with Keep Indianapolis Beautiful, Greenpeace.

• Bald Spot Sports, formed in 2003, provides foam safety solutions for professional and amateur drivers in a variety of motorsports. This position worked cross functionally in sales/marketing, research/development.
• Increased sales from $65,000 to $320,000 in year one by developing a sales methodology, creating a reseller network, and maintaining national/international dealer accounts.
• Hired and trained new sales team helping to increase sales further.
• Responsible for sponsorship programs for Formula SAE to further market Bald Spot products among college engineering school race teams.
• Developed new foam safety products including Bald Spot Barriers still in use today.
• Manufactured/custom fit racing seats for professional and amateur drivers in the IRL, NASCAR, etc.

• Stefan Johansson Karting Center was an entertainment venue formed in 1995 by Formula One and Indy Car driver Stefan Johansson. With a full sales team, food/beverage department, safety trained track staff and mechanics.
• Managed full staff of 30 employees across accounting/finance, sales, food and beverage, track and staff/mechanics.
• Direct accountability for a 3 acre 50,000 square foot facility, safety of all occupants (guests and employees) and reporting to overseas investors.
