Supervise installation and service technicians. Which includes scheduling, time sheets, pulling equipment for jobs, pre and post site inspections, and handling any issue that may arise.Essential Job Duties• Scheduling jobs and service calls for technicians at least a week in advance. Inform the technician of all changes or requirements that may impact the schedule. • Pull all required equipment for jobs or service.• Perform pre-site walk thru of jobs with technicians answering any questions about installation. Post-site walk thru upon completion of job for quality assurance.• Ensure technicians have all tools equipment, and paperwork needed to perform job.• Collect timesheets daily, review, and submit to Human Resources.• Perform monthly safety meetings • Scheduling of all training and Certification courses required for technicians. Sending all documentation of completion to HR.• Fleet Management • Inventory purchasing and management. Making sure all equipment on jobs is applied and accounted for.• Communicating with technicians daily about progress of jobs and any issues that arise.• Addressing of all Customer request, issues, and complaints in a timely manner.• Collect and review all job paperwork making sure it is accurate.Skills/Qualifications• Leadership - lead by example I strive to perform my duties to the highest standard.
