Skill set includes senior level CQA and civil construction management primarily for heavy civil and geosynthetic projects on a per project, contract basis. Installation, construction management and CQA experience is well over 140 million sq ft of geosynthetics. Soils and general civil CQA (such as MSE walls) also performed, although challenging geosynthetic projects are preferred and my primary strength. Extensive experience supervising/managing others, and well qualified to lead multiple QA tech projects. Over 35 years of heavy civil/geosynthetic experience in mining including: - Geosynthetic installation Superintendent (Gundle/GSE) - 8+ years; (90's)- Sole Proprietor of a small, geosynthetic repair business - 5+ years;- Owner's Representative (Heavy Civil Project Manager) while in mining environmental compliance - 9+ years; and - Senior CQA or construction management consulting - 10 years. - Tailings engineering (Most recent) 1+ yearWork experience is throughout the lower 48 states on mining (base & precious metals), landfill (sanitary and hazardous), nuclear, military, WWTP, aquaculture and agricultural industries. Although mining has vastly monopolized my experience base.These functions have been performed with many material types under a wide variety of climates, altitudes, and regulatory environments.
