I am a senior vice president at CHMWarnick within the advisory platform. I conduct buy side due diligence, operator selection, market feasibility studies, valuations, economic impact studies, and tourism and destination analyses. My industry experience includes hotels, resorts, spas, clubs, casino and casino resorts, timeshare, fractional ownership, condo hotels, and conference centers. I have worked extensively in most major markets in the United States, as well as various projects in Latin America and Asia.Prior to joining CHMWarnick, I spent 18 years with CBRE/PKF Consulting first in the Los Angeles office as a vice president and then in New York as practice leader of the northeast and mid-atlantic hospitality practices. I previously held various positions with the Ritz Carlton Hotel Company, specifically at the Ritz Carlton Lodge at Reynolds Plantation in Greensboro, Georgia. Prior to Ritz Carlton, I worked in various positions at the Statler Hotel in Ithaca, New York, and served as a development manager for Prestige Palmera Plaza in Jerez de la Frontera, Spain.Actively involved in both industry and alumni organizations, I am a member of ISHC and was President of the Los Angeles chapter of the Cornell Hotel Society from 2007 to 2012 and president of the Los Angeles Chapter of Hospitality Financial & Technology Professionals (HFTP) from 2007 to 2009. I also sat on the Gateway Council of the American Hotel and Lodging Association from its inception in 2007 until 2012 and am a speaker at industry events.
