As an Incident Manager at Kyndryl, I am responsible for managing and resolving incidents and major incidents for the BMW account, ensuring that service levels are met and customer satisfaction is high. I work with a team of service coordinators, technical experts, and stakeholders to coordinate, communicate, escalate issues as needed, providing NAS storage and using ITIL best practices and toolsI started my career in IT in 2021, I was always passionate about IT and eager to learn new skills and technologies. I joined IBM-CiC, which is now Kyndryl, first on the KMD account as a service coordinator, but quickly advanced to the BMW account as an incident manager, focusing on incidents and major incidents, providing NAS storage. I have acquired skills in defining requirements, knowledge acquisition, and problem solving, and I have contributed to several successful projects and initiatives. I also have a background in music, having graduated from high school with a field of study in bass, and playing with great musicians in the country. I value creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement, strive to achieve excellence in both IT and music.
