I am currently working as a Success Account Manager for Commvault, working to serve customers in the field of data protection. In my current role, I prioritize open critical cases for business partners and serve as a resource during account renewals. I assist in troubleshooting and optimizing backup configurations for data protection operations concerning current technologies, migration from legacy technologies etc. Previously, I was an Air Force Aircraft Electrician for 12 years, from which I learned craftsman-level troubleshooting skills and methodologies, management skills, attention to detail and oral communication skills. After becoming a subject matter expert on my aircraft, I was given several Air Force programs to manage and maintain such as the Unit Deployment Manager and Emergency Management Representative. I have earned my bachelor's degree in Computer Networks and Cyber Security and earned CompTIA Networks+ and Security+ certifications.
