• Receive, review, and distribute project documentation (including drawings, reports, plans, procedures, specifications, method statement and etc.).
• Ensure all documents are accurately filed and easily retrievable.
• Maintain an organized and efficient filing system, both electronic and physical.
• Verify that all documents comply with company standards and quality requirements.
• Collaborate with project teams to facilitate timely document submission and approval.
• Prepare and maintain reports on document status, changes, and updates.

• Quality check all incoming and outgoing deliverable to ensure documents are complete/readable, submission procedures are being implemented, using allotted reference number, proper template usage, correct meta data.
• Ensure that all documents are of high quality and comply with the company's quality management system, such as ISO 9001. This may include conducting regular audits of the document control system to identify and resolve.
• Monitor and coordinate with document reviewer for any pending task that require to be executed in EDMS.
• Follow up overdue deliverables from each department by issuing bi-weekly reports/statistics.
• Ensure soft and hard copies are in sync to easily retrieve and share essential project information to all project stakeholders.
• Provide training and support to employees on the use of the electronic document control system, and answer document status query.

• Ensures that the materials and equipment submittals procedure is properly documented, implemented, monitored, and fully comply with the Project Requirements and QMS.
• Key role in assisting the Material Engineer and Quality Manager in the technical review and assessment of materials and equipment submittals.
• Provides technical support regarding the materials/equipment status to the Project.
• Through continuous monitoring, ensures that the completeness and traceability of materials inspection records.

• Ensures that documentation, the various inspection control processes, all testing procedures, and materials/equipment submittals are properly implemented and fully comply with the Project Requirements and QMS.
• Participate in prequalification audits, factory audits and internal audits as requested.
• Key role in assisting the Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer and Quality Manager for upstream quality assurance (e.g., design, document control, procurement, etc.)
• Provides technical and functional support and facilities the interfaces of the various QC teams.
• Critical role in the review, completeness, traceability and auditability of Quality Records/Dossier and As-built Packages throughout the Project life cycle.

• Manages the control, distribution, filing and archiving of documents and drawings according to established procedures and other instructions from the Quality Manager.
• Responsible for quality check, creating, updating, and maintaining project document control system. This includes organizing, storing and assigning task to responsible stakeholder.
• Responsible for scanning and uploading in EDMS such as Aconex, Mezzoteam, E-Project and Zutec. Hardcopies will be archived in DC storage room for Quality Record Package/Dossier final submission.
• Monitor and expedite unanswered quality documents remedial works required for closure.
• Key role in the administrative duties of critical submissions, e.g. ITRs, test reports, non-conformance reports, scanning documents, other quality reports, etc.
• Processing of Concrete Quality Record Package (QRP)/Dossier and As-Built Drawing Package for Final Submission.

• Encoding of concrete pour records poured daily and compressive strength test results daily (Phase 2B)
• Encoding of concrete pour records poured daily and compressive strength test results daily (Phase 2C1A)
• Test requisition updates daily with EXOVA.
• Updating of early strength results for C50 with & without fiber (Phase 2C1A).
• Printing of look ahead schedule of QDVC Concrete Technician & sending to QC Inspectors.
• Filing concrete and backfill test results from EXOVA.
