Service & Productivity Manager - Operations - H.R.Mitchells & Butlers Jul 2008 - Aug 2010Birmingham, GbEngaged in all aspects of productivity analysis & improvement, with responsibility to aid brands in the South East specifically Harvester and Miller & Carter. The role was to assess potential productivity gains or investments, whilst coaching & supporting GM’s & Area Manager’s in all aspects of Business Productivity, analysis and interpretation of data. I also taught newly appointed or soon to be appointed GM’s on the capacity management system. I was also part of the Service & Productivity Programme which improved quality & speed of service within a business. The project looked at eight separate areas, prep, roles & communication, addressing kitchen & front of house productivity issues. Recommendations were made based on key shift observations which then allowed the business to capitalise on sales opportunities & drive the business forward.
