Mark serves as CEO of Covenant Capital Partners, LLC (“Covenant”), an investment company he formed in 1999, as a platform for entrepreneurial ventures. He also serves as Executive Chairman of Covenant's affiliate, C.Krueger's Finest Baked Goods, a producer and omni-channel marketer of gourmet baked goods and gifts. Prior to forming Covenant, he spent sixteen years in the banking industry, most recently as Senior Vice President/Director of Banc One Capital Markets, Inc. (now JPMorgan Chase). Experience includes (i) private debt and equity investments totaling over $4 billion, in the U.S., Europe, Asia and Latin America; (ii) the acquisition, turnaround and sale of distressed businesses; (iii) the formation, operation, and sale of entrepreneurial and real estate ventures; (iv) corporate governance; and (v) corporate advisory services. In addition to his business pursuits, Mark served on the board of directors of the Educational Media Foundation, parent of the KLOVE and Air1 Christian radio networks. He has also served on the Boards of Lutheran Social Services of Central Ohio and Serving Our Neighbors Ministries of Columbus, Ohio.
