Provide Electrical and Controls Engineering support for the Goodnites Platform.

Engineer and quote standard and custom industrial UL508A control panels that include VFD, PLC, HMI, and/or servo solutions while adhering to ISO9001:2008 standards for quality assurance. Support the IA Marketing & Sales departments while utilizing the Wilson Counselor Salesperson program to achieve corporate sales goals. Support all phases of the sales process from the initial quote to final shipment and start-up of the system. Coordinate sales and shipments with Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, and the Quality Control Departments. Provide post-sale technical support and warranty processing. Participate in prototype design and R&D projects for new markets. Create marketing material for Packaged Solutions including sales brochures, presentations, price lists, and online webinars.

Create, modify, and debug ladder logic and macro programs to meet customer requirements. Create and modify engineering bills of material for electrical installation kits and machine options. Develop documentation including installation procedures, electrical drawings, control panel layouts, user manuals, and detailed future product improvement reports to our parent company in Japan as well as third party vendors. Support the Sales, Service, Applications Engineering, Proposals Engineering, and Purchasing Departments regarding all control and electrical aspects of the machines. Provide technical support for customers and the Toyoda Field Service Team. Perform on-site troubleshooting, equipment start-up, and customer training.

Develop, test, and modify PLC, VFD, and microprocessor programs. Troubleshoot controls and/or electrical problems with customers and the After Sales Support Department. Design and develop various pump motor controls using relay logic, float & pressure switches, analog transducers, PID controllers, and control valves. Source and implement new components for systems and special projects. Perform engineering acceptance for pumps, motors, and control panels. Design and model parts, pumps, and systems using 3-D Solid Works. Create and edit bills of materials, part numbers, procedures, and user manuals. Manage projects thru all stages of development from sales to production.
