I am currently working on the Metro Tunnel Project as Shift boss in conjunction with the CYP Consortium. I have always had a passion for construction. I like solving problems, working with machines and being involved in the progression of jobs whilst building something new. I particularly enjoy working in Civil Infrastructure as the bigger scope of works have provided me more areas to develop and grow in and I’m aware of how these projects affect the community. I have over ten years’ experience working in the construction industry as a leading hand, machine operator and labourer. I have worked across a variety of significant projects during this time including the Chandler Highway Upgrade, Monash Freeway Extension & Upgrade and the High Capacity Metro Trains project. In my roles as Leading Hand, my style is direct, fair, consultative and I lead from the front.
