I started as Night Shift Manager providing cover overnight so processes continued. Next I was asked to improve a poorly performing building before reviewing the Top 20 production processes to improve profitability. My next challenge was to take up the role of Planning Manager to overhaul the production recipies and reduce the reworking stock before being MM & PP leads in a SAP software roll out. As i had no more challenges at Revertex Chemical I left to start my own business.
