Contract Role• Account management – developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to understand their needs, deliver exceptional service, secure repeat business, and identify new revenue streams. • Business Development – drive sales activity to identify new clients / revenue streams through cold calling and face to face meetings. Identify opportunities to cross – sell and upsell to existing clients using a consultative approach.• Production workflow management – ensure scheduled workflow is managed to deliver projects on time and within budget, minimise cost, reduce wastage and drive resource efficiencies. This included identifying workflow improvements and implementing a Management Information System (Podio) to streamline efficiencies, record leads and customer quotes, manage project resources and deadlines, and improve invoicing.• Project management – end to end ownership of projects ensuring client brief is understood and expectations exceeded. Utilise project management tools Assana / Podio to manage project task allocation, quality control and delivery turnaround with graphic designers and web developers based overseas. • Printing and signage installations – digital wide format and cut sheet printing, manufacture and complete signage installations of billboards, shop fronts, shop fit outs, 5S visual solutions, OH&S visual solutions, vehicle signage and vehicle vinyl wrapping.

Lead and empower a team of 14 direct reports to deliver reliable, timely and professional service to a broad strategic client base across Melbourne. Role requires strong leadership, people and operational management, stakeholder management and outstanding client service. Key responsibilities include;- Develop and manage strong client relationships and manage client escalations from pre-sales through to post sale service. Achieved through timely and innovative resolution of client issues aligned to helping them achieve optimal business performance. - Coach and develop a team of technical professionals to drive exceptional client service.
