Enghouse Interactive has a comprehensive Professional Services and Customer Support team spanning EMEA and the successful candidate will provide sales, solutions and consulting support to the sales team primarily in UK but across EMEA occasionallyThe Technical Sales and Solutions Consulting team key interfaces are Sales, Professional Services and Product Management.

Sales support to a team of 10 external sales staff across EMEA. A first point of contact for all sales enquiries and a key interface for the sales team to their respective channels, and internal departments• Reporting to sales director• Assisted the marketing director and head of development to prepare the product for its launch to the major customers and clients.• Sales support to UK and EMEA sales teams, including quotes, pricing enquiries & RFI material.• A first point of contact for customers and partners• Representation for the UK & EMEA sales team with other departments and stake holders Internal and External • Account management for small number of direct accounts used as Reference sites, and where a direct customer relationship is pertinent. • Maintaining quoting tools and pricing. • Assist in maintaining demo equipment, including demo rooms and mobile demo kits • Maintaining communities of Interest • Administration and management of Salesforce CRM package. • Providing presales resource cover, to attending Customer design meetings and provide product demonstrations. • Providing Account management cover during absence, leave etc. • Provide an emergency resource for end user training
