As Project Manager for WMHHS, I take pride in the successful delivery of diverse projects through the region.Key Accomplishments:• 26 bed Ward redevelopment | Ipswich Hospital (July ’19 – present)Spearheaded this $25M development spanning three floors and across two buildings by solving site issues quickly and conducting in-depth stakeholder engagement. This project will be delivered well under budget and to an excellent level of quality.• Medical air compressor replacement | Ipswich Hospital (May ‘19 – Nov '19): Instrumental in replacing three of the outdated medical air compressors with two new compressors. Through effective communication and careful planning, the plant was replaced and successfully commissioned without interruption to the hospital.• 2 x Cooling Tower (CT) Replacements & BMS upgrade – The Park (Mar '18 – Aug '18).This project utilised a 50T crane to replace the two old CT’s from the building roof top. The lift was carefully planned and communicated to ensure occupant safety was always maintained. The cooling towers were replaced on time and within the cooler months to ensure minimal air conditioning disruption.• HVAC Refurbishment and Commissioning – Ipswich Hospital (Sep '18 – May'19).A challenging project in which HVAC ductwork and air handling units serving the theatres were remediated within a live hospital environment. Through intense stakeholder engagement and following strict infection prevention protocols several theatre systems were remediated at a time. Air quality testing results passed first time ensuring theatres were returned to service within strict timeframes. Show less

This result led to repeat business and increased the profile of Roteq within the industry.• Conducted face-to-face networking, by organising roadshows to Queensland sugar mills, which resulted in securing additional rotor balancing, spare parts replacement and repairs for the sugar industry.• Supervised the reverse engineering of a turbo compressor impeller by three-dimensional scanning. The FEED’s supplemented the business case for the power sale agreement with South Africa’s electricity provider. The co-generation plant consists of a fuel handling plant, steam generator, feed water pumps & water treatment, steam turbine & condenser, alternator, cooling water system, ancillary pipework and pumps.
