West End based property management company providing expertise and commercial property advice to blue chip organisations and property investors. I was a key client support to Threadneedle Property Investments and their funds with responsibility for 50 SE based properties co-ordinating a team of FM's, accountancy and back office support. Responsibilites included budget setting, contractor performance, adminstration of fit outs, lease renewals, underlettings and meeting client KPI's.Also identifying AM opportunities including lease re-gearing, new lettings and business rates mitigation options.

10 years experience working for one of the industry's most respected property investors. Concentrating on mainly seconday stock property invesments with responsibilty for setting service charges, tenant management, contractor adminstration and asset management support. Also delivering business wide project support including Y2K, group utilities purchasing, H&S delivery and management.

Part of the project team relocating 1500 staff into the newly constructed 121 Kings Road offices. Rsponsibilities including space management, furniture procurement and 50,000sqft office fit out.Later responsible for mechanical and electrcial services across Prudential Thames Valley offices including Theale database centre.
