Current1.Acceptance handover the MP tools. Confirm tools whether meet the requirements of MP, Sample, PPAP, CTF data and so on is perfect. Confirm the MP tools is OK.2.Analysis production line and incoming material issue, find the root cause and provide long/short solution for production and quality.3.Improving the supplier frequent issue. Such as production difficulties, the high defective rate and so on parts to improve, to review, in order to improve the production efficiency, reduce production and material.4.According to the monthly incoming quality condition, the Bottom 5 Supplier support, through the improvement, process optimization, staff training and other ways to reduce material scrap rate.5.Regular suppliers for QSA/QPA/HSF/EICC Audit, push suppliers improve project issue.6.According to the requirements training to Engineer, MQA, IQC and so on departments for supplier and factory. To better understand products and abnormal, improve their ability.7.According to Liteon 《New Supplier Survey Check List 》for New Supplier Survey score, confirm whether it can meet the demand of factory.
