I have worked for Bullivants since 1999. I started off in the factory making wire rope and chain slings and other lifting and rigging equipment. And proof load testing equipment .I then moved into running the inwards and despatch area of Bullivants business in Melbourne.Eventually I was promoted to a customer service officer role, answering phones and compiling quotes and putting jobs onto the system for production. I then became a TSR (Technical Services Rep) going out on site and conducting visual inspections and testing of the various lifting rigging and height safety equipment. Including installations of height safety static lines and anchor points.After my TSR role I was again promoted into an account manager position for Bullivants, and as well as maintaining strong relationships with our existing customers, and identifying new business development opportunities , I still conducted Onsite inspections for our customers.I then left Bullivants to go overseas for year to live with my wife and my son in Romania while we sorted out Visa's and paperwork. When I came back I went straight back to work for Bullivants and was employed as a Business development manager in the ACT.After this I transferred to Bullivants Karratha branch and became the TSR supervisor, responsible for booking inspections, organising site inductions and schedules. I also went on site conducting inspections and testing works.When Bullivants Decided to Open a branch in Newman, Western Australia, I became the branch manager for their Newest Branch. I was responsible for setting up the branch from scratch, Building a solid customer base, And building a reputation of reliability and solution solving for our customers.After some years running the Newman branch, I transferred to Bullivants Kalgoorlie Branch. Where I assisted in relocating the Branch into new premises, and continued to build and strengthen our customer base and reputation as the Kalgoorlie branch manager.In early 2017 my wife and I decided to go back to Melbourne and renovate one of our investment properties ready for sale, and I took a year off to complete these renovations and sell the property.In 2018 I went back to work for Bullivants in Melbourne. First in a role to assist the Melbourne Branch with their upcoming Workcover Audit. Then once the audit was successfully passed. I took on the role of Field Services planner, NATA certificate signatory, and technical assistance to sales and factory staff.
