Mark is an experienced finance, operations and consulting professional and Director, with a track record of working at Board and ExCom level to innovatively drive rapid growth and high performance. His focus has been managing financial and operational decision making and reporting, developing strategy and communicating results, particularly within organisations going through transformational growth and change or delivering major projects.He is currently CFO/COO and Board member of Gate One, a successful and rapidly growing international management consultancy.
