Unfortunately, the business strategy moved in a different direction leading to outsourcing the function, however I was proud to have: • Converted pitch for project, winning the $10M project for Deloitte Digital and the team • Successfully developed skills and knowledge in two team members, mentoring and advocating for exposure leading to a successful promotion • Developed Resourcing register, consolidating team members' skill sets, knowledge and experience to adequately assign work aligned to strengths, and expediate proposal development and project delivery • Reviewed existing Project Governance and filing structures, proposing improvements for future projects including regulatory, legal and insurance compliance checklists• Nominated by Deloitte to represent the firm at Brisbane's “Something Digital” Festival.
