Mark is the critical link between Eightwire and its customers. Providing customer support, onboarding, product demos and assisting in the build of new products. Through his 12 years of Database Administrator experience at two of New Zealand’s most respected service providers, Mark has gained an appreciation for the value of customers, customer support, and managing expectations to retain clients and grow their business. He has managed Oracle and MS SQL Server production database systems, supporting their respective critical, nationwide systems. Employing these systems, to support the national network of automatic sorting machines for NZ Post, optimising automated mail sorting quality.Marks’ core competencies include Oracle and MS SQL Server Database systems, SQL, Database Performance Tuning, Database Backup and Recovery, Data Analysis and Reporting, MS Office.Mark believes that Eightwire makes the lives of ordinary New Zealanders better by helping companies and Government agencies gain a clearer understanding of how their services can be improved through effective data sharing and data aggregation.
