Global manager of a WW team of specialists & instructional designers.

This role is focused on worldwide content alignment across 4 continents, from high-level strategy organization to project management across various projects for all regions and sites.I will also be focused on implementing our global LMS strategy, regular content updates & project scoping and analysis.

My role consists of creating & facilitating training for Ubisoft. This includes basic new hire training alongside multiple specialized subjects of varying difficulty. I also have to provide our outsourcing partners with the material and tools to help them deliver the training to our high standards, across different countries and continents.We conduct training need analyses to find the gaps in knowledge and provide valuable insight to help the company go in the correct direction.I manage projects with a scope ranging from local to worldwide, collaborating with partners from the US, EU & Asia primarily.

Produced consistently excellent results towards our team’s performance since I started 8 months ago. I have always achieved and exceeded my targeted KPI’s and have never given any less than my complete effort & determination to ensure our channel has grown and become an incredibly important contact channel for our players within the CRC.

I felt it was important to summarize my role within my own company as I have learned and developed so many new or existing skills during this period that have shaped my style of work and how I deal with potentially difficult situations.When I started, I had little knowledge of how to run my own business through social network or otherwise but within a few weeks I had started to build a community that would be the backbone of my success in the following months and years. I realised the importance of thoughtful communication and rigorous planning, I kept my entire inventory fully stocked at all times so that I was prepared for what each day held.When I left my last job and decided to take a few months to myself and solely focus on my own venture, I became aware of the stresses of relying on only your skills and experience as a sole income. However, as the weeks passed I became stronger and more determined to succeed and managed to oversee my most profitable 8-week period since I began.I had decided at the end of 2018 that I would like to focus solely on my career within Ubisoft and closed down all of my online outlets to focus on my internal progression within the company.

To ensure that all staff within the company was fully trained and supported on every gadget we dealt with, including mobile phones, laptops, smart watches and tablets. I created a database during that time to keep track or what I considered to be the strengths and possible areas of improvement for each employee and team.

I had the opportunity to be asked to perform a similar job in New York City which eventually took me to Boston, Seattle, Texas, Philadelphia and California. During the period I was performing this role I also helped set up stores in Spain, Australia and India, whether through recruitment, development or logistical means.

I was eventually recruited to work in the training department as a Training and Development manager which required me to frequently travel to London and anywhere in the UK where I was needed to assess a store’s strengths and weaknesses and to help develop the workforce to be more efficient and better prepared to deal with everyday life in a retail store.

I was given the opportunity to run a successful retail branch located at the bottom of Northumberland Street with an extremely high footfall. I developed many of my most notable skills here including working in a target-driven environment, data planning and analysis, dealing with customers including any complaints or issues they had and running a medium-large workforce.
