My role has widespread responsibility which includes organisational development program management or consultancy services to internal clients. In addition, I conduct organisational research exploring the factors hindering or driving performance. My leadership of OD projects is typified by helping the client to conceptually frame their challenges, diagnosing core issues and designing interventions to create impact and initiate change. I then support clients in ensuring the right framework is in place to sustain and develop the momentum to reach their goals. OD highlights include: • Applying the principles of Action Research and Appreciative Inquiry with an internal project team to identify better engagement practices for a 2,000 personnel business unit. • Resolving cultural barriers destabilising effectiveness in a high tempo high pressure delivery unit and developing culture change to improve safety within a high risk military unit. • Establishing a collaborative community of senior managers from within an organisation shaped by its disparate project groups. • Executive team board behaviours diagnostics, development planning and intelligent customer in procuring the appropriate group process consultation support. • Large scale executive cadre diagnostics, programme design and facilitation exploring and balancing the dichotomy between risk management and entrepreneurism in our large government department.Leadership Development My project skills in this area include training needs analysis research, training design, content and delivery methodology design, and programme evaluation. I am currently designing the strategic leadership programme which will seek to broaden thinking on strategic implementation through a cost-effective framework of academic and peer forums.
