• Responsible for depot and stores operations across 2 sites on the BHMMS.• Responsibility for £2 million inventory with financial accountability for stock accuracy through utilisation of SAP.• Management of depot facilities including compliance and legislation, waste management and segregation, scrap accounting and justification.• Overall responsibility for provision of plant, ensuring plant processes are followed, reviewed and damage costs approved.• Management to HSEA metrics and deliver successful audit programmes for depot operations• Forecast and resource supply chain accordingly, ensuring that correct Sub Contractor processes are followed and KPIs are achieved.• Liaise with process partners in our operations teams to offer and improve quality focus and service delivery and gain visibility of volumes and trends.• All aspects of HR management, including recruitment, disciplinary, performance, attendance and grievance management and negotiation with Unions. • Facilitate and chair continuous improvement and safety forums encourage employee involvement and participation.
